Neodymium Magnetic Balls

Neodymium magnetic balls are highly specialised balls bearing a strong magnetic force field, which can induce strong movement in the magnetic material used in its production. These balls are the unique product of Neodymium, a powerful magnetic material that is used in many industries to promote the manufacturing of a variety of high-tech products. They are produced by a process called magnetisation, in which Neodymium particles are pushed into moulds where they solidify. These unique balls are widely used in a wide range of industries like toys, jewellery, dentistry, electronics, chemical industry, medical and even printing industry.

The unique manufacturing process of Neodymium magnetic balls primarily comprise of primary ingredients, namely, smelting, electroplating, dielectric heating, pressurising, molding, machining, polishing, cutting, abrasive processing, forging, surface hardening and surface forming. And the most important ingredient too is the core ingredient of these balls, Neodymium. Neodymium consists of two magnetic properties that make it a unique material; a Neodymium coin cell gives rise to an extremely high density of Neodymium particles, thereby producing an extremely powerful attraction between the Neodymium and the magnetism.

The rare earth metal neodymium magnetic balls are produced from a special range of materials like tin, aluminium, copper, nickel, cobalt, iron, phosphorous and tungsten alloys. In addition, these magnetic balls can be manufactured using graphite, magnesium, titanium, aluminum oxide, manganese oxide, stainless steel alloys, titanium and copper alloys for durability, colour, weight, plating and jewellery design. All the above are possible due to the fact that this unique material does not contain any boron, chromium or phosphorous, which are required in the manufacture of normal sphere magnets. Hence, this unique metal is called as Neodymium, which was named after the mineral, Neodyne, a German Lake which lies in Transylvania.
