Some of our goodies are made to look rustic, old or primitive.  Wood/tin products may have cracks, knots, rough edges, etc.  Painted/stained items may vary slightly in color and/or be distressed.  These items are NOT defective.  Fabrics may vary depending on availability.  Sizes stated in descriptions of any product are approximate.

           We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover PayPal, personal checks & money orders.  If you're ordering by mail and paying with a personal check, your order will be sent out once your check has cleared our bank, approximately 10 business days.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please make checks & money orders payable to Country Hearts Mercantile. Wisconsin residents will have a 5.1% sales tax charge added to their order.

   Return Policy:

          We're positive you'll be happy with your goodies from Country Hearts Mercantile.  However, if you're not completely satisfied, we need to be notified. Please email customer service using our Contacts Form. within 5 business days of delivery for return authorization.  We guarantee a courteous exchange, store credit, or refund of merchandise totals only.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Candles can not have been burned. All products must be in their original condition and packaging. Any items returned without authorization can not be accepted.
